We are excited to host our 2nd Annual Wesley Cup Golf Tournament!
Please join us on Saturday, March 1st for a full day of fun on the Woodley Lakes Golf Course followed by a family reception onsite at the Best Ball Sports Bar, hosted by one of our very own Wesley Families, The Plummer Family! This tournament is open to all parents, faculty, staff, alums, and friends and family of Wesley.
Funds raised from this event will help support Wesley Athletics and Outdoor Play. We hope to raise enough money for new Volleyball nets, a ref stand, and custom padding!

Golf Tournament Information
The tournament is open to the first 40 registrants. This is a full 18-hole course. Registration will begin at approximately 9:45am for a 11:20am shotgun start, where you will play a four-player scramble game. For more information regarding the Woodley Lakes Golf Course, please click here.
Registration is $250 per Golfer. This includes:
- Participation in Tournament
- Shared Golf Cart
- Breakfast Buffet
- Boxed Lunch
- On-course drinks
- Reception with Dinner and Drinks
There are also optional add-ons such as:
- Up to 3 Mulligans
- Raffle Tickets
If you have already assembled your foursome for the tournament, please tell us the name of the Group when registering. If not, no worries! We will create additional groups for those that need one. Please note, all golfers should register for themselves individually.
Family Friendly Reception
After the golf tournament, family, friends, and kiddos are invited to join us for an onsite reception at the Best Ball Sports Bar, hosted by one of our very own Wesley Families, The Plummer Family! It’ll be a great time with food, drinks, music, raffles, and good vibes!
Reception tickets can be purchased individually for guests:
- Adult Ticket: $75
- Child Ticket: $25
Reception Ticket includes Buffet and Open Bar for those that are 21+.
