Dear Wesley Community,

The Wesley School opened its doors for the first time 25 years ago! As we are half-way through this milestone year, we are so honored to reflect back through the looking glass and remember just how far our school and community has grown. In honor of our 25th Anniversary year, we set out to celebrate all of the special moments, whether big or small, because these are the moments that make Wesley the magical place we’ve all grown to love and cherish.

The time is finally here! Don’t be late for our BIG celebration! Please join us for our 25th Anniversary Gala on Saturday March 2, 2024. Fall down the rabbit hole with us and get ready to have a fabulous time while we raise money to support The Wesley School. 

Wesley in Wonderland will be full of whimsical fun at every twist and turn. This adults-only celebration and fundraising event will have everything from delectable food to bottomless beverages, a live auction and a raise the paddle, plenty of dancing with a live band and even an epic afterparty… It’s not to be missed! 

Your generous contributions will directly benefit our amazing students, programs, and teachers at Wesley. This year, we aim to fully charge our circuits and enhance our STEAM program initiatives for all our students! 

We need your support!  Each Gala year, enthusiastic volunteers create a fun-filled, profitable evening. There are many ways for you to participate in making our 25th Anniversary Year Gala a huge success, and we hope you will embrace as many as you can.

• Contribute items to the auction and ask for contributions from friends and businesses

  • Visit the FAQ page for inspiration.

• Underwrite the costs of the event by sponsoring or asking your favorite businesses to become sponsors

  • Visit the Sponsorship Levels page for package benefits

• Participate in your grade’s “Class Theme Auction Items” 

  • Visit the Class Themes page for more detailed information

• Volunteer to work on the event 

  • Complete this survey and let us know where you can help

• Review the auction catalog online before the event to become familiar with which items will be available in-person only for the Live Auction and which items will be online only for the Silent Auction. (more info to come)

• Come party with us on March 2nd!
