All Faculty & Staff are eligible for one free ticket for themselves, and one discounted ticket for a guest. 

The following is included with each ticket purchase: 

  • Entrance into the Casino Royale Gala
  • Cocktail hour in the underground Speakeasy with Hors d'oeuvres
  • Starting batch of Poker Chips for Casino Games
  • Hosted Bar
  • Multi-course seated dinner
  • Live Entertainment
  • Dessert and coffee station

Please note: Seating for dinner will be assigned. If you do not reserve a table through a sponsorship, we will assign you to one. During the check out process, in the Special Accommodations text box, please list the name of up to two Fac/Staff members or Wesley Families that you would prefer to be sitting with. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. 

We encourage you to take Ride Share options such as Uber or Lyft to the event since it is Downtown. If you choose to drive, valet parking will be available. You can pre-purchase your parking online at a discount rate of $30 per vehicle prior to the event, or pay full price of $50 per vehicle on the evening of the event.
