The Gala will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 6pm - 11pm at The Majestic Downtown. Below is the approximate timeline and program for Wesley's Casino Royale Gala.
6pm - 7:30pm: Cocktail Hour in the Speakeasy with drinks and Hors d'oeuvres
7:30pm - 8pm: Sit Down Dinner Begins and Special Remarks
8pm - 9pm: Live Auction and Raise the Paddle Fundraising
9pm - 11pm: Live Band, Dancing, Casino Games for Fun, and Dessert
A few important things to note:
Casino games are for entertainment purposes only. Each event ticket includes a starting allotment of complimentary chips, which have no cash value. No cash, prizes, awards, or items of value are provided or redeemable as a result of game play.
Guests may choose to make a voluntary charitable donation to receive additional chips for continued entertainment; however, donations are not required to participate and do not increase the likelihood of receiving anything of value. Participation in the casino games does not constitute gambling, wagering, or a game of chance.
Seating for dinner will be assigned. If you do not reserve a table, we will assign you to one. During the check out process, in the Special Accommodations text box, please list the name of up to two Wesley Families that you would prefer to be sitting with. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. If you’d like to purchase a Table Sponsorship, YOU can choose the 10 people that you would like at your personal table. Many friend groups choose to go in on this sponsorship together!
